The candidate will be working in the development of machine learning tools for clinical decision-making (diagnostic and therapeutic) and health analytics, as well as text mining. The candidate will also draft academic papers and submit works to oral presentations at international conferences. It is expected that the candidate is fluent in Python, Pandas, TensorFlow, Keras, but also in ASP.NET Core (C#), R and other supporting tools (SQL and NoSQL DBMSs), etc.
MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Informatics Engineering.
Minimum profile required
Experience in developing software in the context of healthcare and in developing and implementing ML algorithms.
Research or working experience in the fields of health care, information systems and operations research.
