- Develop qualitative and quantitative studies of residential energy consumers to characterize the process and factors of citizen engagement with smart energy services. - Develop a set of engagement strategies for citizen co-creation through the development of integrated smart energy service solutions. - Evaluate the impacts of the engagement strategies on citizen engagement and energy consumption behavior. - Participation and follow up of the project partner initiatives related to co-creation and Open Innovation.
MSc in Service Engineering and Management, Industrial Engineering and Management or Management / Economics.
Minimum profile required
The combined background of service engineering and management is preferred. Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
Previous experience in the development of new technology enabled services and the study of customer experience and customer engagement.
