Work description

Collaborate in the preparation of a multimodal dataset for the analysis of cardiac function. Investigate and propose new deep learning solutions for the joint analysis of heart sounds and electrocardiograms collected with a multimodal stethoscope, involving tasks to enhance signals and extract clinical information. Implementation of a distributed deep learning platform to test the developed algorithms.

Academic Qualifications

MSc in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related

Minimum profile required

MSc in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related

Preference factors

Training in signal processing; Experience in deep learning models; experience in python and Matlab; publication experience.
